Swissotel Makkah - Makkah

As part of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex, the deluxe Swissotel Makkah is a contemporary five-star hotel located only 100 metres from the holy Masjid Al Haraam, overlooking the Ka’aba, as well as the entire Masjid.

All accommodations at Swissôtel have carpeted floors. Each suite offers a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. A marble bathroom is also included.

The hotel day starts from hour 18:00 and ends at 14:00.

Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest isthe cardholder or if the credit card used isprovided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements.

The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholders authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non-compliance of these requirements.

Hotel will require a pre-authorization letter from the credit card holder enabling the hotel to charge the full payment non refundable for the entire stay. Entry to Makkah during Hajj season (from 23 May 2024 to 21 June 2024) is restricted to those with a valid Hajj permit issued by the government.
